Terms of use

These terms describe how the Le Menu d'Amour app may be used. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law always remain unaffected.

The service

  • Le Menu d'Amour is a two-person card game for romantic conversation between adult partners.
  • The content covers communication, feelings and romantic gestures; it contains no sexual instruction.
  • You use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Who may use the website

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • The app is made for two adult partners playing together on one device.
  • One shared Google account on one device is the intended setup for the couple.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Your account

  • Signing in with Google is required; there is no guest mode.
  • One shared account on one device is the intended way for both partners to play.
  • Guest names are stored locally and replace the {player} and {partner} placeholders in the cards.

Free browser game

  • All four courses are free. Each round contains up to 50 cards. Google sign-in is required; no purchase is offered.

Refunds, withdrawal and access

  • The Android app is retired. Existing Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Manage or cancel them at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Contact [email protected] about historical purchases; retain your order reference.
  • If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract; for digital content you have already used, the law may exclude that right. The store handles the request.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to extract card content, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
  • Card content and artwork remain ours; the website grants you a personal right to use them.

Changes and liability

  • The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
  • We announce material changes on this page before they take effect.

Applicable law and disputes

  • These terms do not designate a specific governing law; applicable law is determined by the rules that apply to your situation.
  • Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be waived by law.
